Thought I’d have a giggle and give it a go... it turns out I’ve put on around 6 inches (half a foot to be precise) around my bust and 3 inches around my waist.

Was I surprised by this???... Nope not at all. Would I like to be a dress size smaller? Yep! BUT do I want to diet? Nope! Am I attempting to do more exercise? Yep! Will I lose a few lbs because of it? Who knows.
